Our member Stefan Schmierer, Managing Partner and Lawyer of the Law Firm Ravenscroft & Schmierer will give an update on current legal topics via Zoom video call. During the call, Mr. Schmierer will provide a short overview of legal topics most relevant to Austrian subsidiaries and other international companies in Hong Kong. He will also present a case study on how to control a Hong Kong subsidiary in Covid times, while the international management cannot visit Hong Kong.
