The chemical industry has undergone a shift in ideology over the past hundred years – from plastics advocate a solution provider for the plastics circular economy.
Changing how the world interacts with plastic is critical to ensure the environment, ecosystems, and economies are maintained. Many of the concepts, technologies, and materials needed for reaching sustainability goals are likely to come from the chemicals sector and in particular, companies like BASF.
